  1. Appointment Timing:

    • We understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, we offer a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. However, if you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment may be subject to cancellation.

    • Cancellation Fee: In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a fee of 50% of your remaining appointment balance will be charged, and any appointment deposit will be forfeited.

  2. Guest Policy:

    • To maintain a serene environment for all clients, we kindly request no children or extra guests accompany you during your appointment.

  3. Rescheduling:

    • Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

  4. Silent Appointments:

    • We strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere for all our clients. If you prefer a silent appointment, please bring your own headphones as the salon is a shared space.
